Garlic: Research has proved that the use of garlic in most of the food while cooking reduces the chances of contracting heart disease or cancer. When you are free from heart disease or cancer then you live long and look young
Water: It is believed that 78% of our blood is water. You are advised to drink at least 8 glasses of water per day. Failure in doing this makes the body dehydrated and can not help in removing the impurities in the body. This will lead to one having wrinkles.
Fruits: Fresh fruits that have not been chemically modified are the best. They are rich in vitamins and help in nourishing and clenz of the body. It prevents diseases like cancer, diabetes and heart related problems.
Fish: Is believed to be rich in omega 3 nutrients which prevents the body from wrinkles
Foods rich in fiber: They help in clenz the digestive system, especially the colon. This leaves one feeling comfortable with no discomforts hence a healthy body.
